"I live in Colorado Springs so I began my search on Schomp's web site. Wayland was very helpful in providing me the all of the information on the Certified Preowned X3s that were of intrest to me. I agreed to meet Wayland at the dealership and drive three of the vehicles. I was greeted as soon as I walked thru the front door. The staff was friendly and paged Wayland to meet me. We took each of the cars out for a short drive and talked about the vehicles. Wayland made sure the cars were clean and ready to go. I told Wayland that I was in the process of selling my car and when that was completed I would be ready to buy. He was very professional and let me proceed at my own pace. I sold my car later that afternoon and called Wayland to but the car of my choice. We made the deal over the phone. I was going to pay cash for the car so I needed some time to get my money together. Again Wayland helped me through the process. My car was ready as promised. It was spotless and perfectly detailed. Jim in the parts department set me up with new floor rubber floor mats and Corrie answered all my question about the vehicle. All the folks at Schomp made the process very easy. This was the best experience that I have had with a BMW Dealership. I am a twelve year member of the BMW Car Club of America and I would gladly recomend Wayland and Schomp to my fellow BMW CCA members. Outstanding job!"

Schomp BMW's Entire Team is Commended in This Outstading 5 Star Review!

The customer service exemplified professionalism, respect, attention to detail and a desire to do whatever it took to ensure we were completely satisfied. Every staff person we encountered was equally friendly and welcoming. Steve Hensley, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the product and well-qualified to answer any and all of our questions. He was excellent in his sales approach, i.e. he let the car sell itself and had a perfect balance of knowing when to talk and when to be quiet to let my husband and me explore/experience the car and discuss our thoughts between ourselves. We never felt pressured.

We always felt that we were being dealt with honestly and fairly in all aspects from history of the car to completing all the sales paperwork. We felt we received a fair price on trading in our Land Rover and definitely a great price on our X3. It was a "Brass Hat" special with only about 10K miles but every bit like a brand new car, except the new sticker price - which was to our advantage, of course.

Receiving the personalized letter from Lisa Schomp, the first evening we came to the dealership, with the history of her family car business and her philosophy on how to treat the customer was a very nice touch. It instilled confidence and contributed to us feeling very comfortable with Schomp BMW, especially the "one price" method, which removed any stress related to negotiating. Having one point of contact, e.g. our salesman, throughout the process was very smooth. The delivery process by Glen March was exceptional. Schomp BMW is a first class business model that other dealerships would gain from emulating. We would not hesitate to return to Schomp for our next vehicle.
