I had an appointment for a windshield insurance replacement on Tuesday May 23 and I completely forgot it - Jim was kind and helpful and did not make me feel bad in the least. He then rescheduled it for a week later on May 30 - he even called me the morning of the appointment to remind me of it - a very nice gesture and I appreciated it. The work was perfect, he was very nice and helpful and it was an overall exceptional experience. Thank you.

I came to again try the 5 series, but test driving the 2008 gave me the same complaint as the 2011 ......... entry and exit are a problem for me because of the distance between the B pillar and the steering wheel and the seat being so far behind the pillar.I am grateful to Paul Lim for suggesting I try the three coup. Although it is a much smaller car, the wide opening door solves all my issues with access. I am very happy with the 3 convertable. The red leather is a bonus.
