The customer service is first rate. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and asked if we would like a drink while we waited. The fridge was packed with ice water and different types of soda. There was also a late machine for hot drinks. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes and Mike was ready to go with us on a test drive of the car we were looking at. On the drive, Mike explained the buying/selling policies to us and we got to know each other a bit. It was very friendly and we were able to test drive on the highway and in town. The car is my dream car and I LOVE driving it. Paperwork went smoothly and we were very happy with the services all around! Thank you. I would gladly recommend Schomp BMW to my friends. The service dept was able to find an update to my car software. The car does not hesitate when I drive off from a full stop. They also were able to tell me why my key fobs were no being recognized, due to me leaving the fob in the car. A big no-no. Also the am stations were making lots of popping noises. They found a defect with the insulation and corrected it. Got the best customer service ever!!!
