I appreciate the direct and respectful approach taken by the people at Schomp and a willingness to do whatever it takes to take care of us and our car. The best example is in the lease process of our third X5 which we got from Schomp but needed delivery in Houston. I work in the UK and my wife works in Houston while we maintain our home in Colorado - but my wife needed the car in Houston. Dean arranged for the car to be shipped to her door in Houston with no problem and the leasing arrangements were made by email and phone from England and Texas. Similarly, when the lease came to an end, we were able to get the lease inspection done in Houston and the buyout information was done by email so that when I was back to Colorado all I had to do was write a check for the residual. Going forward, it doesn't matter where we live, we plan to buy from Schomp. Even if the steering wheel is on the right side of the car (kidding).

Bill Cosby was helpful at getting my car in for its regular service even when I called at the last minute. Harrison Loomis, who I always ask for, was available and did the work. This was a simple and routine visit. But in past experiences, I have found Harrison to look the vehicle over carefully even beyond the scope of the primary reason the vehicle is in and he is very thorough, helpful and an excellent communicator.

Ralph Schomp BMW Service is a friendly, efficient operation. At 7:25 AM, they had me in and out within 10 minutes, on my way to work in a loaner car. They called by midmorning to let me know that my car was in good shape, requiring only the normal oil/fluids/inspection, ready for pickup by 6:00 PM. When I returned at 5:40 PM, they had me on my way home within 10 minutes. This is a huge change from my previous dealer, Prestige Audi, where there was always a long wait, sometimes no loaner car, and overselling on services that didn't really need to be performed. I had a BMW 5 series that I loved for many years, so why I ever bought an Audi is beyond me. I'm so glad to be back in a BMW and with Ralph Schomp! 6 stars on a scale of 5.

Since there is no incentive for dealers to push you to a car that you cannot afford, all of the sales people were very helpful. Multiple people helped give me information instead of passing me off to someone else. What initially made me decide to choose this dealership was that the trade-in value of my car was 3k more than a different dealership. Their offer was fair and more in line with other trade-in appraisal website. Basically fair price, helpful sales associates, and no pressure dealings made this dealership very enjoyable.

My personal experience from start to finish was fantastic. I bought a 2007 328xi. The price was higher than I would've paid to a private party, but the CPO/extended warranty and excellent customer service make the higher cost worth it. I would definitely recommend my Sales Consultant to anyone looking for someone who is helpful and informative, but not pushy. His name is Wayland Whisler. First off, I was weighing the dealership's vehicle against a similar 'private party' vehicle. Wayland did not try to force the sale. He was even kind enough to pull up the service records for the other BMW and confirm it had no major issues. All he asked from me was a follow-up to my decision after testing both cars.

Delivery of the vehicle was unlike any experience I've had at any other dealership. Granted this is my first BMW purchase, so I have no basis to compare. With that said, they completely detailed the car above my expectations. I was also given a complete walk-through of the vehicle in their basement garage. This is much more than I expected purchasing a 4 year old entry level BMW.

You may get the same service at other BMW dealerships in Denver, but why risk it. As long as the price is right for the vehicle, Ralph Schomp BMW and Wayland will be the first direction I go when I decide to buy my next car.

Took the 03 bmw 330xi in for a tire pressure monitor light that had be recurrent. The maintenance team ensured to take the extra time to track down all possible causes and ensure the repair was completed to my satisfaction while giving me a loaner car. The repair took a few days but I was kept up to date with the troubleshooting and in the end a repair that had many unusual faults and would have likely taken several trips back and forth was fully fixed in one trip. This is very important to me since I live over 70 miles away.

I needed to have my snow tires removed and summer tires put back on our X5. Called service spoke to Steve, who said they could take care of it that day. How ofter do you get a same day appointment with other dealers? Brought it in Steve met me and took the car, very friendly. My wife and I waited for the car in your fantastic lobby, browsed the cars in the lobby and were always greeted with a smile and hello and asked if there was anything we needed. Steve got us when the car was finished and informed us they had a found a few nails in the summer tires and took care of those for us. The car was also washed, what a treat!. We are always treat so well in your store and taking our car in for service at your dealership is never a bad thing. Schomp has created a great environment and must treat the employees well as they all seem happy to be there.

I hope we can always have a Schomp BMW in our garage!
