I was given "BMW" level service by Tod Courtney while buying a used Nissan Sentra at Schomp BMW, late one Saturday. I arrived so late that the transaction ran past closing time, but still Tod's treatment of me was first rate. He even went so far as to help me return my rental car up the road. Great experience!
