My personal experience from start to finish was fantastic. I bought a 2007 328xi. The price was higher than I would've paid to a private party, but the CPO/extended warranty and excellent customer service make the higher cost worth it. I would definitely recommend my Sales Consultant to anyone looking for someone who is helpful and informative, but not pushy. His name is Wayland Whisler. First off, I was weighing the dealership's vehicle against a similar 'private party' vehicle. Wayland did not try to force the sale. He was even kind enough to pull up the service records for the other BMW and confirm it had no major issues. All he asked from me was a follow-up to my decision after testing both cars.Delivery of the vehicle was unlike any experience I've had at any other dealership. Granted this is my first BMW purchase, so I have no basis to compare. With that said, they completely detailed the car above my expectations. I was also given a complete walk-through of the vehicle in their basement garage. This is much more than I expected purchasing a 4 year old entry level BMW.You may get the same service at other BMW dealerships in Denver, but why risk it. As long as the price is right for the vehicle, Ralph Schomp BMW and Wayland will be the first direction I go when I decide to buy my next car.I apologize for any grammatical errors.
